ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 28.05.2024, to take appropriate steps to cancel the patta and sub-division of the Survey Nos.232/1 as 232/3 to 232/20 and restore the grazing field in Survey No. 232/1 for the extent 34 acre 66 cents in the original position of Aalapiranthan Revenue Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, is kept pending till date without any progress. Therefore, he has filed this Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 9 stated that patta has 3/6
been granted to the beneficiaries long back in the year 1978 itself. 3.In view of the abovesaid submissions, if at all the petitioner has any grievance, he can approach the civil forum in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
