PRAYER : The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C., to transfer the case in M.C.No.23 of 2017 from the file of Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy District to some other competent Court in nearby district. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case pending in M.C.No.23 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.

2.On the basis of the allegations made in the affidavit, this Court sought for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai has submitted two detailed reports dated 18.09.2018 and 19.09.2018. This Court is convinced with the report filed by the learned Magistrate, Manapparai.

3.This Court finds that there are absolutely no grounds to transfer the proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 4.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai is directed to complete the proceedings pending in M.C.No.23 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
