This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of the previous antecedent in respect of criminal cases, the respondent police continuously making trouble and harassing him. Even on 11.03.2021 at 10.40 p.m. five police officials attached to the second respondent came to the house of the petitioner and asked the petitioner to come to the police station on 12.03.2021. It is further submitted that no case is pending against him. 4.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police, the petitioner is involved in ten previous cases and out of which four cases are pending and a proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. was also initiated in LIR Report No.13/21. According to him, the petitioner is also a history-sheeter and surveillance is required and necessary.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4571 of 2021 5.Since a proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. was initiated against the petitioner, no direction is to be given at this stage as sought for by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy as per law.
