The petitioner seeks production of her husband Mohamed Noorullah, aged about 37 years. It is stated that he went missing from 24.02.2022 and an FIR was registered at Thiruvidaimarudur Police Station in Crime No.225 of 2022 as 'man missing'. Complaining inaction on the part of the Police, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the detenue had an intimacy with one Shalini wife of one Mahendran, who was working in his Grocery shop and both of them have eloped. It is also found that the said Shalini is also missing.
