This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case pursuant to the complaint, dated 03.12.2017, given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.367 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and during enquiry, it came to know that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is a false one and therefore, the said complaint was closed.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
