2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. B. Ramanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, reported that the respondent had complied with the order passed by this Court and also placed a copy of the Government Order in G.O. (D) No. 93, Water Resources (D2) Department, dated 07.04.2026, in compliance with the directions of this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the same.
