This Civil Revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and executable order, dated 24.03.2015 in unfilled I.A.(CFR. No.2316) of 2015 in O.S.No.100 of 1989 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Kumbakonam, by allowing this Revision petition thereby directing the learned Principal Sub Judge, Kumbakonam, to number the above application.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 12.

3. It is represented on the side of the petitioner as well as the respondents that the sole petitioner died and no steps have been taken till date.

4. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
