Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by 1st respondent vide in Sea.Mu.Na.Ka.No.2386/2016/A2 dated 29.02.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent not to disturb present the status in the service of the petitioner in the guise of High Court Order. Common Prayer in WP(MD).Nos. 5956 and 5963 2020 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Calling for the records of the impugned transfer order having ref.no. R.C.No.Na.Ka.No.2386/2016/A2 dated 29.2.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent wherein the petitioner was transferred from the currently working place to the originally appointed place and quash the same.

2.When the matters are taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.Sathyasingh, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, all the petitioners have been accommodated in the same place. He further submitted that the respondents have also taken a decision to 2/4

withdraw the orders impugned in the writ petitions and to accommodate the petitioners in the same place where they have been originally appointed.

3.The aforesaid representation made by the learned Standing Counsel is recorded and these writ petitions are disposed of, as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, all the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
