O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.10.2017 and also direct the second respondent take the vehicle to the Motor Vehicle Inspector to inspect the vehicle RTO office and after completion of inspection ordered to the second respondent to handover the vehicle to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.445 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC, on 20.10.2017.
