This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Headmaster at Vathiyar Konam or Palkulam Government High School, Kanyakumari District on Administrative Grounds by invoking clause 17 of G.O.43 1(D), dated 29.05.2018 by considering the representation of the petitioner. 2.When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that a vacancy of Headmaster is available at Government High School, Vathiyarkonam, Kanyakumari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District, in which, the Petitioner is also inclined to join. 3.Recording the above said statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
