O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in pertaining to the Petition in M.C.No.165 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Trichy and quash the same as illegal.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner and as well as the respondent with their counsel appeared in person. They have filed a joint Memorandum of compromise, stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and the respondent has no objection to quash the petition in M.C.No.165 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

3.In view of the statement made by the parties and the joint compromise memo filed by them, no fruitful purpose will be achieved to proceed further in this matter.

4.In view of that, this petition is allowed and the entire proceedings in respect of petition in M.C.No.165 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Trichy, is quashed as against the petitioner. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the record.
