When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition mentioned representation would be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass orders one way or the other.

2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
