ORDER

The learned Counsel for the respondent has produced before this Court, a memo of compromise, that was filed in O.S.No.154 of 2011, before Lok Adalat.

2.It appears that the parties have entered into a compromise and the revision petitioner, who is one of the parties in the compromise, has agreed to withdraw this civil revision petition. It is stated that possession has been handed over to the respondent pursuant to the compromise.

3.Though the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner sought time earlier to confirm, whether the compromise talks was successful and completed, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner that he is not in a position to confirm the same. Hence, the compromise memo produced by the learned Counsel for the respondent is recorded and the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 4.In case, the learned Counsel for the petitioner comes to know that the compromise memo was not acted upon, it is open to the petitioner to file a petition to restore the civil revision petition.
