ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 4 to 6 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.321 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 364, 302 and 201 IPC and that despite anticipatory bail having been granted to the petitioner, the respondents 4 to 6 often barged into his house and harassed him under the guise of enquiry with regard to the said case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in respect of the case registered as against the petitioner, he was called for the purpose of interrogation and not otherwise, and that there is no such harassment caused by the respondents Police. However, the learned counsel gave an undertaking that summons will be issued to the petitioner for his appearance for interrogation giving specific date, time and place and the respondents Police will not cause any harassment or ill-treatment to the petitioner in the Police Station at the time of interrogation.

5.The above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. On summons being issued by the respondents, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents Police and cooperate for the enquiry.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly disposed of. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(CS-II) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
