ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b),341,302 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 21 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute regarding not returning the sale proceeds of the car, the petitioner herein along with other accused wrongfully restrained the deceased and murdered him, hence the case.

4. It is seen that there was dispute between the deceased and the first accused in respect of not returning the sale proceeds of the car, therefore the first accused had engaged A2 to A7 to do away the life of the deceased. So far as the petitioner is concerned he wrongfully restrained the deceased by preventing him from not to escape from the place of occurrence. Further there are specific allegations as against the petitioner and therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case. Further it is case of 302 of IPC and the petitioner is not entitled for bail.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
