This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.11.2017 and take necessary action.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.515 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 294(b),442 and 506(i) of IPC, on 20.12.2017.
3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
