Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to recredit the amount of Rs.2,17,979/- with interest into the petitioner's Employees Provident Fund account based on his representation dated 25.02.2020, 06.06.2020.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner approached the respondent for a loan from his Employment Provident Fund Account (EPF), wherein he came to know that a sum of Rs.2,17,979/- was withdrawn in the month of July, 2019, without his knowledge. Hence, the petitioner made a representations to the respondent dated 16.06.2020 and 25.02.2021, which are still pending consideration. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to consider his representations dated 16.06.2020 and 25.02.2021. 4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.06.2020 and 25.02.2021, within a period of twelve [12] weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
