To pass a direction, directing the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur to expedite and complete the Trial in OS. NO. 257 of 2012 within a time framed stipulated by this Honble Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioners this court made the following order:- This Court directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.257 of 2012 on or before 30 June 2015.
2. The learned trial Judge now wanted four more months to dispose of the said suit.
3. The learned trial judge is given four months time finally for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.257 of 2012. 4.It is made clear that no further extension would be granted at any cost. The Registry is directed not to entertain any application for extension.
