ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as against the vacancies reserved for physically handicapped as notified in notification No.6/MRB/2018 dated 16.10.2018, in the light of section 34 of the Rights of persons with Disabilities Amended Act, 2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, a list of selected candidates has been published and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the list of selected candidates, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD) No.4536 of 2019 is closed.
