Bank from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner's residential properties situated in S.No.16/3 to the extent of 1500 sq.ft in Nachikurichi Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichirappalli District within a time frame as fixed by this Court. Pursuant to the same, the entire amount has been settled and the Bank has also stated that the petitioners have no other liabilities. 2.Recording the said letter dated 13.03.2025, these Writ Petitions are closed. The said letter shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
