The petitioner seeks disposal of his representation dated 04.06.2018.

2.No doubt, it is true that the petitioner wants the first respondent to deal with his complaint. But then, the said representation is addressed only to the second respondent herein. 3.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings dated 09.04.2019 passed by the second respondent giving a closure to the petitioner's complaint. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 4.The writ petition stands closed. No costs.
