: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders in the issue of genuineness of "Hindu Kattunayakkan" community certificate produced by the petitioners are genuine in pursuance to the reports submitted by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nagercoil, various anthropologist and the orders issued by National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The grievance of the petitioner is that the enquiry, which is started in the year 2013 is yet to be completed. 2.On perusal of the documents, especially the latest communication dated 22.01.2021 would indicate that the enquiry is yet to be concluded. In the aforesaid proceedings, the respondent NO.2 has sought for certain particulars from the respondent No.1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7446 of 2021 3.In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.1 to furnish the particulars, if any, under his custody, as sought for by the respondent No.2 in and by the letter dated 22.01.2021 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the enquiry will have to be concluded within a further period of eight weeks.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
