ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against one Arasappan, Superintending Engineer, (Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department, K.Pudur, Madurai - 625 007. According to the petitioner, the said Arasappan demanded money from the petitioner.
3.The decision to take disciplinary action lies entirely with the employer / superior. It is not for this Court to direct in this matter. I find no ground to grant relief as sought for. It is however open to the writ petitioner to pursue the other remedies available to him in law.
4.With this observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
