The contempt petition has been filed against the order dated 18.12.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.26900 of 2019. Admittedly, the petitioner is an employee working in Vadaseri Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society Limited, Thanjavur District. Special bylaws governing the service conditions ought to be applied for grant of promotion to the petitioner. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to redress the grievances under the provisions of the Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act. In respect of the grievance relating to promotion, a revision would lie under Section 153 of the Act. Thus, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
