ORDER
The petitioner alleges that the direction given by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.8986 of 2023 has not been complied with. 2.Vide order dated 10.08.2023 we directed the Tahsildar to issue notices to the encroachers and pass final order. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents that final order was passed by the Tahsildar, Ottapidaram on 06.12.2023. It appears that the encroachers have moved the appellate authority and it is further stated that the appellate authority passed final order. We are satisfied that no contempt has been committed. The contempt petition stands closed.
