O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry and intimidating her to vacate the premises.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and after enquiry, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.30 of 2024, as against the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent herein also lodged a complaint as against this petitioner and the same was registered in Crime No.29 of 2024. He further submits that the police has not intimidated the petitioner to vacate the premises.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that they are not harassing the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed.
