This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 "Not Interfere" in civil disputes and stop the Harassment against the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R. No.107 of 2023 by the second respondent. Inspite of repeated summons to the parties, they did not appear before the enquiry officer. Due to non co-operation of the parties, the complaint given by the third respondent was closed and further action has been dropped. 3.Since the complaint given by the third respondent has been closed due to non co-operation of the parties and further action has been dropped, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.
