Heard the learned counsel on either side.

reserve the petition mentioned post for Scheduled Caste(Women) category.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the post has already been so reserved.

4.This writ petition has been filed under an apprehension that it may be de-reserved. There is absolutely no basis for apprehension. In any event based on the petitioner's apprehension, writ petitions cannot be entertained. This writ petition has been prematurely filed and it has no cause of action to sustain. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
