Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BOOMEE RAJAN P.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents No.1&2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.767 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was affected with viral fever, hence he was unable to appear before the Court and comply with the conditions.
