ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the proposal, dated 20.06.2018 for the grant of prior approval for imposing punishment of dismissal from service, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials on record.

3.The petitioner school seeking approval of the dismissal order of one V.Ramakrishnan, sent the proposal to the second respondent. However, the said proposal sent by the petitioner school has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the proposal of the petitioner school would be considered on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner, dated 20.06.2018, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
