The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation, dated 12.03.2021, submitted by the petitioner was registered in Current Petition No.SP/GDP/395/SDOH/2021, after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, since the matter in dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, is purely civil in nature. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
