No. 201 of 2012 on the file of the Second Additional Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli, from proceedings of which, this Civil Revision Petition arises, has expired and resultantly, the Civil Revision Petition has abated and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as abated.
