Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the process of law. For Petitioner :Mr.R.Murugappan For Respondents :Mr.A.Robinson Government Advocate (Criminal side)

ORDER

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a politician and in order to prevent him from campaigning for ensuing the Tamil Nadu State Assembly Election, the third respondent is frequently harassing him.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner is the history sheeter in HS.No.5 of 2020 and that three cases are also pending against him. 3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
