ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the proceedings in O.Mu.No.2003/2023/A3-1 dated 16.05.2023 O.Mu.No. 2004/2023/A3-2 dated 16.05.2023 and O.Mu.No.2005/2023/A3-3 dated 16.05.2023 on the file of the first respondent and issue death certificates to petitioner's deceased ancestors on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2025.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader stated that pursuant to the order passed by this court on 29.04.2025, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, passed an order in Mu.Mu.No.3528/2024/AA3, Mu.Mu.No.3531/2024/AA3, and Mu.Mu.No.3527/2024/AA3 dated 29.04.2025, and he recorded the death of Thiru. Otchathevar, Tmt.Latchumayee and Thiru.Vellaisamy Thevar.

3. Mr.A.Kannan, states that the subsequent proceedings, including uploading the death certificate on the website, will be done by today.
4. A copy of the proceedings has been handed over to Mr.K.Anandraj for the petitioner.
5. Mr.S.Krishnan, P.A. to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tahsildar, Usilampattai, is presented before the court. The appearance of the Revenue Divisional Officer is dispensed with.
