O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.41 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already based on the direction given by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13688 of 2017, a case was registered in Crime No.41 of 2018 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, but so far, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is under progress and three months time may be granted for filing the final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
