Head the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner was getting old age pension from the respondents. Merely because she has shifted her residence, it is not being disbursed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is now under the care of her daughter, who is also a widow. Therefore, the respondents are directed to restore the payment of old age pension to the petitioner and the arrears shall also be disbursed. This exercise shall be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
