ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order and decreetal order dated 03.07.2014 made in E.A.No.332 of 2013 in E.P.No.139 of 2011 in O.S.no.101 of 1990 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thirunelveli.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in E.A.No.332 of 2013, to implead the third respondent as a party respondents in the Execution Petition.

3. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw Execution Application filed to implead them as parties in the Execution https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which reads as follows:- "The E.A.No.332 of 2013 in E.P.No.139 of 2011 filed before Principal Subordinate Judge, Thirunelveli, filed by R1 and R2 may be permitted to withdraw as not pressed vide the memo filed on 30.01.2017, before E.P Court by R1 and R2."

4. Recording the said endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the order passed in E.A.No.332 of 2013 in E.P.No.139 of 2011 in O.S.No.101 of 1990 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thirunelveli, is set aside. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
