ORDER
The petitioner with matrimonial differences with her husband seeks preliminary enquiry on her complaint that she had preferred to the second respondent on 25.01.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the second respondent had enquired the complaint preferred by the petitioner and closed as the petitioner's husband had agreed to pay her certain sum, which she required.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeks preliminary enquiry and seeks counselling by the Social Welfare Officer in order to explore the possibility of reunion with her husband.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court now directs the petitioner to reopen her earlier complaint dated 25.01.2019, whereupon the respondent police shall refer both the parties to Social Welfare Officer to explore the possibility of settlement.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
