O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.04/I.P./T.P.S./Karur/2023 dated 03.03.2023 passed by 3rd respondent as illegal and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allot alternate date to conduct public meeting in view to celebrate 75th birthday of Late Selvi J.Jeyalalitha at Karur 80 feet road, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter has become infructuous, since schedled the meeting was to be held on 05.03.2023. They may be directed to give fresh representation mentioning alternate date and venue of the public meeting and on such representation, the third respondent may be directed to consider the same. 2/4

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the meeting is scheduled to conduct the meeting on 05.03.2023, the writ petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation by fixing date, time and venue within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the third respondent is directed to conisder the same and pass orders within a period of three days from the date of representation.
