... Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondent from erecting the transformer in front of the petitioner's house in S.F.No.203/7, Door No.42R, East Mohamadiyar Street, Ward No.10, New Aayakudi, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the Electricity Board authorities from erecting the transformer at a particular place. I am of the view that these are matters that fall within the exclusive domain of the respondent. Ofcourse the respondent will take into account all the relevant factors. The respondent will erect the transformer in a place, which would cause the minimum inconvenience. But beyond this, this Court cannot say anything.
3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
