This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that though a complaint was received from the third respondent, after enquiry the same was closed. It is further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and that there was no question of harassment.
