ORDER

The defendant in O.S.No..671 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Karur is the revision petitioner herein. The plaintiff filed I.A.No.795 of 2017 for effecting Attachment Before Judgment of certain properties.

The defendant filed an undertaking affidavit that she will not alienate the petition mentioned properties.

2. However, it is seen that one of the items, which was the subject matter of the undertaking affidavit has been sold by the defendant in favour of her own son, who had created further encumbrance on the basis of the said sale deed.

3. Taking into account the conduct of the revision petitioner, this Court is of the view that the revision petitioner does not deserve to be shown any indulgence in this civil revision petition. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
