ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner in the third respondent-school with effect from 25.06.2018 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary and other attendant benefits, by considering the proposal dated 31.01.2019 submitted by the third respondent-school.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed as a B.T.Assistant in the third respondent-school and seeking approval of appointment of the petitioner, the third respondent-school submitted a proposal to the second respondent on 31.01.2019. But, till date no orders have been passed on the said proposal. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the proposal dated 31.01.2019 submitted by the third respondent-school, seeking approval of appointment of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
