This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and during enquiry, the petitioner appeared before the second respondent and made a statement that the dispute relates to Melasivanthipuram CSI Administration and he is ready to approach the concerned Court and to abide by the decision to be taken by the Court and therefore, the said complaint was closed. 3.The petitioner has disputed the signature in the alleged statement made before the second respondent police and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum to redress his grievance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Recording the above said submissions made by both

parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is having any grievance, it is open to him to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
