This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2019, seeking appointment to the post of Night Watchman in the third respondent temple.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that subsequent to the interview conducted, selection process came to be finalised and appointment was also made. Hence, the representation of the petitioner, seeking appointment cannot be considered.

3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to apply as and when vacancy arises. No costs.
