This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.11.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.273 of 2018 under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(i) and 147 IPC.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
