ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. The third respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final orders.

2.It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
