ORDER

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a politician and in order to prevent him from campaigning for the ensuing Tamil Nadu State Assembly Election, the third respondent is frequently harassing him.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner is the history sheeter in HS.No.4 of 2020 and that four cases are also pending against him. 3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
