ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.1275 of 2015, within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of eight months from the date of registration of the case, the respondent Police did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the final report has been filed as mistake of fact before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and that the RC notice has also been sent to the petitioner through Post. 5.It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law, on receipt of the RC notice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
