PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by torturing and threatening her and her family. For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents relying upon the Paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the counter affidavit, which was filed by the first respondent, would submit that the the first respondent did not receive any complaint or petition and seeks to dismiss this Criminal Original Petition. He further submitted that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
